Us Booking Policy
A one night stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit at the time of your reservation.
A 14 day advance notice prior to arrival is required for refund of deposit.
Please advise the innkeepers ahead of time if you have any specific dietary or medical needs.
Rates may change during holidays or events.
2 night or 3 night minimum may be on holidays, or certain special events.
If a mandatory evacuation is issued for our area, refunds will be given for the amount of the deposit.
Smoking is only permitted outside rooms.
All prices are for 2 persons per room Extra person charge $ 40.00 per night
