Tarpon and Dolphin rooms are located in the villa on the
second level. Both rooms open to the atrium where the hot tub
is located. An eclectic collection of furnishings provide a
comfortable setting overlooking the ocean as you enjoy
breakfast.

High among lush trees is the Blue Heron Cottage, a private,
romantic cottage with stained glass windows and all
conveniences. The Ocean Room, on the villa's lower level has a

A one night stay will be charged to your
credit card as a deposit at the time of your reservation.
A 14 day advance notice prior to arrival is required for
refund of deposit. Cancellations require a $25 fee.
Please advise the innkeepers ahead of time if you have any
specific dietary or medical needs.
Rates may change during holidays or events.
2 night or 3 night minimum may be on holidays, or certain
special events.
If a mandatory evacuation is issued for our area, refunds will
be given for the amount of the deposit.
